[Bookending Spring] Who Am I?

Today I’m super excited to jump into the Bookending Spring season with this creative prompt from the inimitable Sam @ Fictionally Sam! I’ve definitely been guilty of skimming through book lists based entirely on the covers, so I’m a little apprehensive to see how this goes.

I used the same book generator that Sam did, and may have gotten a little carried away because I was having so much fun. Oops.

Don’t judge a book by its cover: the remix edition! Let’s see if you can accurately guess a book’s synopsis — solely on the cover alone.

This post is part of Bookending Spring 2020, which is organized by Sam & Clo!
Today’s prompt, “Who Am I?” is hosted by Sam @ Fictionally Sam.

[Fireside Friday] Bloghopping Bingo

Just like the books we talk about, our blogs (and posts) often share certain motifs and themes, from certain design/layout elements or common phrases. So while bloghopping these past few weeks, I’ve been keeping a list of things that stood out to me.

This post is not meant to mock anyone whose blog/posts contain these things — it’s just for fun and extra motivation to bloghop for those of us who might want/need it. Myself totally included.

Fireside Friday #1

Hello and welcome to a brand-new feature on the BookwyrmBites blog!

Since we’re a good ways into summer, I found myself missing camping and summer camp and all the fun games that go along with them. (I did get to hang out with my friends and watch the fireworks for Fourth of July [aka American Independence Day], and we played Jackbox games; it was fun but not the same.)

But I always strive to be part of the solution instead of the problem, so I have taken matters into my own hands and created my own version — and here we are. This was definitely inspired by Try Guys Game Time; I hope y’all have as much fun reading and maybe playing along with this post as I do with their videos!
