Possibly one of the best things I did for myself last year was finally finishing Becoming by Michelle Obama. (I would highly recommend the audiobook, by the way — she narrates it herself, and it is incredible.)
She is truly a modern icon, with so many words of wisdom. So I figured, what better way to pay tribute to a book that found me at the perfect time than with some pastel quote postcards?

I haven’t read Becoming but I really want to. However I am not the biggest fan of nonfiction 😉 Maybe the audiobook would be a good choice for for then.
My favourite rolemodel is the former prime minister of Denmark Helle Thorning Smith. She was the first women to be prime minister which is both cool and pretty sad considering women could vote in Denmark form 1915 but we only got a women on the position in 2011…

thank you! as someone who read almost entirely fiction growing up, I’ve found memoir/biography to be a really good entry point into nonfiction – and if you like audiobooks, that can definitely help too!
Helle Thorning Smith sounds like an amazing person and role model, I’m definitely gonna have to do some of my own research on her!
